- All staff should put in their own Work order so that there is no middle person! There is one exception to this- If there is an expense you must clear this with your school principal. The tech will also include the Principal in…
- Open Freshdesk while signed in to your Wolf Creek Google account, then choose Sign in with Google. This ensures your account and location information are connected correctly.
- Check with your Principal if there is already an existing shared drive that can be used first.
- For any work order requesting a Shared Drive, TS will be checking with the department lead / principal for approval.
