Review Google Drive Storage Space
Check how much storage you are using and see what is taking up space.
Key information
- Do not delete drive files, by deleting them from the list when you click on Storage.
- Tip- Under type - Videos, Photos and Images, Archives(zip) and PDF will likely be consuming the most space in your drive.
- This is your WCPS work account. Be very mindful of any personal items you place in the account. One day you will leave WCPS and someone else may have to gain access to your Drive, Gmail, etc. .
- The time will come after you have left WCPS, that the content of the account will be deleted. Remember to use of Shared Drives for resources or information that should stay with the district or is property of the district.
